These terms are designed to safeguard our editorial policy and ensure a positive experience for all users. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing an annual author account, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the purchase.
2. Definition and Scope of Author Accounts
An author account grants the user the ability to submit and publish guest posts on our WordPress blog for a duration of one year. This account allows for submitting up to 150 guest posts per year. However, all posts must adhere to our editorial policy and are subject to review and approval.
3. Account Privileges
Upon successful payment, you will be granted an author account on our WordPress blog. This account allows you to:
- Submit and publish an unlimited number of guest posts for a duration of one year.
- Access tools and resources provided to authors for post-submission.
4. Editorial Approval
All guest posts submitted through your author account must comply with our editorial policy. While you have the privilege to publish unlimited posts, each submission will be reviewed for compliance. We reserve the right to reject any article that does not meet our standards without providing a detailed explanation.
5. Editorial Policy Compliance
To maintain the quality and integrity of our blog, your submissions must:
- Be original and not plagiarized.
- Be relevant to our audience and aligned with our content themes.
- Be well-written and free from grammatical errors.
- Not include offensive or inappropriate content.
- Not promote illegal activities or violate any laws.
- Properly credit any sources and do not infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Contains more than 800 words.
- Be written by human authors (AI-generated content is not accepted).
- Include compelling headlines crafted with care.
- Reference high-authority web pages that support your arguments.
- Practically help readers and avoid writing solely for search engines, though basic on-page SEO is allowed.
- Include at least 1 royalty-free image.
6. Content Rejection
If your guest post does not comply with our editorial policy, it will be rejected. We may provide general feedback, but we are not obligated to detail the reasons for rejection. Repeated violations may result in the suspension or termination of your author account without a refund.
7. Payment and Refund Policy
The annual fee for an author account is $500, payable through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable. By making a payment, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
Strictly No Refund Policy:
- Once the user pays and their author account is created, no refunds will be issued at any stage of the term.
- However, if our system fails to create the author account after payment and the user requests a refund before the account is created, a refund will be provided.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your author account at any time if you breach these terms and conditions or engage in activities that harm the reputation or functionality of our blog. Termination will not entitle you to a refund.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the author account after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GBOBER and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of the author account, (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website, or (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GBOBER and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your use of the author account or your breach of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This website is operated under US laws.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Court of Law. The place of arbitration shall be Delaware, US. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GBOBER regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
